Earth & Stone Masonry replaced both the front and side steps and both walkways, put stucco on the foundation, and stone at each of the foundation corners of my modest-size brick cape. The stonework is beautiful and it has transformed the exterior appearance of my home. From our very first meeting, it was apparent that Bill enjoys his work and that my project was as important to him as it was to me. He made recommendations and suggestions when what I thought I wanted was not the best way to go either aesthetically or practically for the size and style of my home. The work was done on schedule and there was regular communication on progress. When the stonework was complete, the finishing touch was provided with landscaping which included a small boulder retaining wall. The landscaping was completed with the same care as the stonework and looks great. Earth & Stone Masonry provides superior quality work by a skilled craftsman. I’m looking forward to working with Bill on a future project.

Bill is wonderful and his craftsmanship is exceptional! We were in the middle of house repairs in the spring when we realized our 200 year old foundation needed repair; Bill was able to squeeze us into his schedule and he did a great job, even the new mortar matches the old. Because his work was such good quality, we made him come back and re-build the opening to our home's original 200 year old cooking fireplace and three stone walls around our gardens, that the previous mason did not construct properly. Hopefully Bill will be back this year for more stone walls and foundation building.
