This was a unique project, that I’m including in my projects page to show you what’s possible with stone. This project started with a discussion about a new clients vision of installing a stone shower stall, floor and shelving within his 1780’s stone home. We completely rebuilt the wood subfloor which allowed us to install a custom herring bone designed, Indian sandstone floor. We pointed and rebuilt dilapidated sections of the homes 18” thick foundation walls and constructed a new wall for the shower. I purchased a bluestone slab and created a shower pan, waterproofed the enclosure and followed up with stone shelving for the sink. Call me and we’ll discuss YOUR vision!
